PARTICIPATION IN EDUCATIONAL CENTRES

In this class we have understand the importance that each participant of the school community has. We have talked about how important encouraging organizations in each sector is. Moreover, we've also talked about the importance that organizing independent activities by various sectors of the educational community is and how each sector could get involves

I didn't know before this lesson that participation is an essential aspect in the pedagogical learning and how can students get affected in case that they don't receive from the management team enough support to carry out their own suggestions. We have learnt may methods about how participation can be promoted, for instance: giving parents and students the opportunity to propose new mesures that
the management time should take into account while doing the centre Educational Programe. Furthermore, we have understand how important is to give the schools enough resources to implement its own project and involve on each educational project all the community taking into account their representatives.

On the other hand, the most difficult thing for me to learn was to learn what each law says about how participation needs to be regulated, because each of them inserts a pedagogical aspect that must be read while doing every single document of the centre.

To sum up, I think that I need to learn more about how I can generate participation in a near future, when I become a teacher. So I've been doing a research and I've watch some videos, I think that this one it's very interesting because it shows the real situation that we'll have to face up.

In conclusion, I think that the best way to encourage students to participate is to involve their families, giving parents the opportunity to participate in all the education of their children. Comer (1991) agrees with the importance that families have in education and explains that they provide perspectives on matters that serve the best interest of children.  He also talks about  how implementing comprehensive school plans help to rise the strengthen that an academic programme has.
